Narayan Partho explains that it is a crispy and flaky paratha. This is a pan fried paratha in which less oil is used. Paratha is prepared by frying in oil with egg batter. The flavor of the paratha doubles when the egg is added to the paratha. About 10 kg of flour, 80 pieces of egg and 15 kg of chicken are consumed in making Mughlai Paratha. Five kilos of oil and five kilos of peas are also required to make this.
Narayan Partho has been setting up a food stall here for the last 51 years. He told that when he started selling Mughlai Paratha, people liked it a lot. Since then, he has been continuously feeding Mughlai Parathas to the residents of Dhanbad. Apart from Mughlai Paratha, Chicken Kabab, Chicken Chilli, Egg Roll and Chicken Pakoda are also available at his stall. Their Mughlai Paratha is completely different from other varieties. Mughlai Paratha is the first demand of the customers who come to his stall. A customer said that he has been coming here for a long time and enjoying the taste of Mughlai Paratha. Eating one paratha would satisfy the hunger. Its test is amazing.
